From our initial consultation to the final gallery delivery, I'll guide you through every step of the process. During your session, I'll provide natural direction and thoughtful guidance so you always feel comfortable and confident in front of the camera.

Before your session, you'll receive personalized recommendations for wardrobe, location, and timing to ensure everything comes together seamlessly. My goal is to create a relaxed, enjoyable experience where you can be fully present while I focus on capturing authentic, timeless images.

If you're planning a session with a partner or family, choosing outfits that complement one another can help create a cohesive look, but there's no need for everyone to match exactly.

The number of final edited images you receive depends on the photography collection you select. Each image in your gallery is carefully selected and professionally edited to ensure a consistent, polished final experience.

I focus on delivering a collection of images that tells the story of your session rather than simply providing a large number of photographs. Your final gallery will include the strongest moments captured during your time together.

I currently serve clients throughout Fairfax County and Loudoun County in Virginia. I offer outdoor sessions as well as on-location photography, allowing us to create images in a setting that feels meaningful and personal to you.

Whether you have a specific location in mind or need help deciding what type of setting would work best for your session, we can discuss options during the planning process. Travel outside of my standard service area may be available upon request.

Weather is an important part of planning an outdoor session, and I’ll keep a close eye on the forecast leading up to your scheduled date.

If conditions are not ideal and could affect the experience or final images, we’ll discuss the best option together. This may include rescheduling your session to another available date or exploring an alternative location.

My goal is to ensure you have the best possible experience and a final gallery that reflects the vision we planned for your session.

Once we’ve discussed your session and confirmed availability, your date will be officially reserved once the signed agreement and 50% retainer are received.

The retainer of secures your session date and allows me to begin preparing for your experience. Because your session date is reserved exclusively for you, the retainer is non-refundable.

I understand that unexpected circumstances can happen. If you need to reschedule for personal reasons, one rescheduling request may be accommodated with advance notice. Rescheduling requests must be made prior to the session date and cannot be made on the same day. The retainer will be applied toward your new session date.

For outdoor sessions affected by weather or conditions outside of our control, we can reschedule as needed to ensure the best possible experience and final images.

A 50% retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your session date. For sessions booked in advance, the remaining balance is due 7 days before your scheduled session.

For short-notice bookings scheduled within 7 days of the session date, payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure availability.

Payment details and accepted payment methods will be provided during the booking process. My goal is to keep the process simple and seamless so you can focus on preparing for your photography experience.

No, unedited or RAW images are not included. The photography experience includes my creative process of carefully selecting and professionally editing the final images to ensure they reflect the quality and style of my work.

The images delivered in your final gallery represent the finished artwork and are the complete version of the experience you invested in.
